junipine Resort in SedonaJunipine Resort in Sedona is a retreat in Oak Creek CanyonIt is difficult to find any complaints about Junipine Resort in Sedona. We counted seventeen reviews of this retreat in Sedona's Oak Creek Canyon and almost every one gave the accommodation five stars out of five. One woman who only gave it a four star rating complained that her room service forgot to bring creamer for her coffee, and that the cafe was a bit pricey, although well worth the money.
Junipine Resort is located north of Sedona, away from the action and shopping but still close enough to be convenient. Slide Rock State Park is only about one half a mile away.
It's a bit rustic, but in a good, luxurious way. You can fall asleep at night lulled by the rushing water of Oak Creek. We heard from a woman who formerly worked as a flight attendant, and has therefore done a lot of traveling all over the world who said Junipine Resort is unique with regards to its breathtaking scenery, peaceful atmosphere and proximity to amenities and activities for herself, her husband and their teenager to enjoy. Time and time again, people rave about the peace and quiet, the high quality of both the food and service at the restaurant, the unique cabins, and the closeness of easy walking or hiking trails. We cannot think of anything more luxurious than soaking in our private hot tub that overlooks a scenic creek and then retiring inside the cabin for a romantic evening that includes snuggling by the fireplace. Junipine Resort in Sedona would make a wonderful place for a honeymoon, a romantic weekend getaway or simply a refreshing family vacation. We suspect that a lot of families will opt for the cabin-style loft, which comes with some floor plans. Each and every one of Junipine's creekhouses were planned to make their guests feel like they are right at home. Nevertheless its owners have not left out those special touches that won't let you forget you are on holiday. Each creekhouse has not one but two spacious bedrooms and two full baths, a full service kitchen, a large living room highlighted by a wood burning fireplace, private decks and balconies with ever changing views of the canyon. In addition, all creekhouses are equipped with two televisions, a VCR, telephones, iron and a hair dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a full bath and dressing area, and a wood-burning fireplace. The guest bedroom has two double beds and a full bath. Some creekhouses have a hot tub on the private deck. The restaurant at Junipine Resort in Sedona has a full service bar well stocked with favorite libations. |
